The 209 Lowe Street Medical Offices project presented BSC with the opportunity to undertake a comprehensive electrical design for a new two-story building housing a medical clinic on the ground floor and a dental office above. This project required meticulous coordination with the dental clinic’s equipment provider to ensure seamless integration of specialized dental machinery and technologies. A central feature of our design was the development of a central battery system, engineered to provide reliable backup power essential for the continuity of medical and dental services during power outages. By addressing the unique electrical demands of healthcare facilities, including enhanced safety standards, equipment compatibility, and emergency power requirements, BSC successfully delivered a robust and efficient electrical infrastructure. This project underscores our expertise in creating tailored electrical solutions for healthcare environments, emphasizing reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
